Here at the Legacy Gym, we are dedicated to bringing you the benefits of fitness and exercise. Myself and the other trainers are all REPS qualified trainers with vast experience.

SERVICES
As a company we continually emphasise the importance of keeping up to date with technology and the latest theories that have been proved to work - that is why all of our trainers are REPS registered which demands a continual commitment to trainer progression in order to remain a member.
We specialise in a number of areas -
Personal Training - one on one, group or other combo's, we can adapt! Your reason's for personal training might vary but our focus to you will be consistant.
Weight Management - Want to lose weight for that dress that you've got to get into in two months? Want to feel more confident in yourself on the beach? We can set you on the way to achieving this.
Toning up - Everyone has areas on their body that they would like to be more toned. It might be your arms, or your thighs so they look better in your jeans. Our trainers are capable of helping your be specific in your toning requirements
Sports specific - Whether you want to gain core strength for your golf game to shaving a few minutes off your 5k or 10k time then we can help structure and help you peak at the right time .
General fitness - You may already be active in your life but feeling stale with your usual workout. We can help you kick start your training again and set you on the course to continuing your progress
GP Referral - Do you need to lose weight and gain fitness for conditions such as diabetes or heart problems? Our trainers are experienced and qualified in dealing with these conditions and more. Almost all conditions will benefit from exercise and should not be seen as a barrier to physical activity. If you have any queries, please contact us to discuss it.
Nutrition - We also offer nutritional advice, starting with a diary that you keep. We will subsequently analyse this and give you a full written report on how to improve your diet and menu ideas. We will continue to monitor your progression and modify to find the system that works for you.
BootCamp - We also run Bootcamps in the mornings. These run at two times, an early one and one after the school run. These are a great way to get regular exercise in a group environment and even go with friends and colleagues.
